For standard shipping, please allow 3-7 business days after placing your order for delivery. For expedited, please allow 1-3 business days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We pride ourselves on providing beautiful, quality, handmade products, and we want you to be 100% satisfied everything you buy from MAAARI.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 calendar days of purchase for an online store credit or a refund to your original method of payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed and unused, in the same condition it was received, with tags attached, and in original packaging. You must use your own method of shipping. We advise to use a shipping service that provides tracking information. Please note that the cost of original shipping is not included in your refund.
If your order is incorrect or you received the item(s) damaged, we will provide a full refund including the original cost of shipping and a return label. Please email email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order with proof of incorrect item or damage.
If you wish to exchange your item(s), we suggest you place a new order for the new item(s) you want before returning your original purchase. This ensures the item is in stock.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to reflect in your bank account. If you still haven't received the refund after 10 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any items labeled "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you.
